Payment Terms and Billing Policies

Payment terms for our consultation services are as follows

  • Monthly subscription fees of $250 are due at the beginning of each billing period
  • All fees include applicable GST and are processed through secure payment systems
  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of service commencement, subject to service usage

Service Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate the consultation relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients retain access to previously provided consultation guidance but forfeit access to ongoing support services. Outstanding fees remain due regardless of termination circumstances.
