Payment Terms and Billing Policies
Payment terms for our consultation services are as follows
- Monthly subscription fees of $250 are due at the beginning of each billing period
- All fees include applicable GST and are processed through secure payment systems
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of service commencement, subject to service usage
Service Termination and Cancellation
Either party may terminate the consultation relationship with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients retain access to previously provided consultation guidance but forfeit access to ongoing support services. Outstanding fees remain due regardless of termination circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice to active clients. Continued use of consultation services after modification notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and website announcements.
Severability Clause
If any portion of these disclaimers is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect. This ensures continued protection for both parties in consultation relationships.
